Delayed that trip to Italy during shelter in place?  This is as close as you can come before you next board that airplane to Rome and jump off for Piemonte.   Our VIP Reception is a virtual wine tasting with a real Italian winemaker who specializes in Italian varietals. Fulfill your dreams of Italy (virtually, anyway) with our superb and authentic virtual wine tasting.  

Join us for this ‘virtual’ wine tasting experience from 4:30 to 5:30 as we join Craig Colagrossi, the owner and winemaker of Colagrossi Wines, as he hosts our VIP Wine Tasting Reception leading up to our “Your Best Shot” virtual fundraiser. Describing wines and wine characters, food combinations – Craig is and expert! 

Each reservation includes a Wine Bundle and charcuterie platter which will be delivered to your home or business by efficient, fun-loving Windsor Rotarians on the Friday before the event. (Note: Deliveries are for locations in Windsor, Healdsburg, and Santa Rosa only; we can ship wine to other locations if you are outside our delivery area.)

If you’re interested in the history of wine, understanding how wine is made, tasting Italian varietals and having fun, join in as we Zoom from Colagrossi Winery, a small urban winery located in Windsor, California which specializing in Italian Varietals. 

Craig Colagrossi celebrated his 12th Anniversary of making wines under his own label in 2020. Colagrossi currently produces about 1000 cases a year with varietals including Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Sangiovese, Barbera, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sagrantino & Dolcetto. 

When you make a reservation for this event, we will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery address (or shipping details) and to give you details about participating in the VIP Reception.

This package includes the following:

  • 3 bottles of wine chosen especially for this event – Colagrossi 2019 Sauvignon Blanc, Colagrossi 2016 Merlot and Colagrossi 2018 Barbera Moon Mountain
  • Special Event Cheese Board, cheese spreader and a Charcuterie Box for two
  • Fabulous virtual wine tasting experience leading into our event

Your Wine & Charcuterie bundle will be delivered to your door by friendly Rotarians!
