1 Read through the Qualifications below.

• You must have demonstrated academic achievement by obtaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better during four years of high school.
• You must be accepted and enrolled in an accredited two-year junior college or four-year college or university.  The scholarship will be paid upon proof of college registration.
• You must demonstrate the Rotary ideal of “service above self” through involvement in family, school and community.
• School and community service, scholarship, citizenship and leadership will be considered in awarding this scholarship.

2 Review and agree to the application requirements

Application Requirements (Applications missing any of the items listed here will be deemed incomplete and will not be evaluated.)

• Complete an activity chart.
• Attach a one-page (single spaced) typed essay about your goals, leadership experience, your involvement in high school and the community.
• Attach an official High School transcript.
• Include two letters of recommendation. (One from a school employee ((teacher, counselor, administrator)) and One from a community member or family member.)

You will be sent the activity chart and provided a link/email address to send in your required documentation.
